Forget the economic doldrums; summer is on its way! At last, the Trowbridge Gallery in the King's Road is staging another exciting exhibition of Peter Arnold's beautiful flower paintings and photographs, to coincide with the run-up to The Chelsea Flower Show.

'Summer Poppies' is a collection of Peter's vibrant poppy paintings, displayed alongside his magnificent Limited Edition flower images on canvas, all of which are available for purchase. Most of the paintings are very well priced at under £1,000., so it’s an ideal opportunity to snap up an original oil painting by a well-known artist to brighten up your home.

Peter, a local Chelsea artist, is established as one of London's most celebrated flower painters, and is also a much sought after fine-art photographer. His wonderful books on flower studies have become classics; ‘Orchids’, ‘Bulbs in Bloom’ and ‘Tulips’, the latter of which boasts a foreword by Sir Elton John, and is presented by Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands as a gift to her special guests.

Needless to say, his client list reads like a 'Who's Who', and includes interior designers, institutions, hotel groups, music and film celebrities, and even Royalty. He has exhibited at many of London's top galleries, and his work hangs in public and corporate collections throughout the world.
